#10 1-Step Protein Hemp Milk

What I love about this 1-Step Protein Hemp Milk recipe:

  • I love having fresh plant milk at my disposal, but find that soaking and making almond milk (as delicious as it is) is often time consuming and a bit messy.  This hemp milk is easy, virtually mess free, and is loaded with fiber and protein! 
  • It’s a great base for smoothies!  Just whip it up right before adding your fruits and veggies and voila…easy and protein rich milk!
  • You can make it ahead!  3x or 6x the recipe!  This will keep for about 3-4 days in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator!
