Buddha bowls are one of my favorite dishes, they are so simple, easy and versatile! I love to prep all the ingredients and let my family BYOB: Build Your Own Bowl!! Try my Ginger Lime Tahini Dressing on your next bowl!

Easy BYOB Buddha Bowls

Select a base or 2:

Brown Rice

White Rice

Quinoa

Black Rice Noodles

Soba Noodles

Lettuce

Chopped Kale

Greens

Farrow

 

Select a protein:

Chicken

Fish

Beef

Organic Sprouted Tofu

Pork

Legumes

 

Select toppings:

Shredded carrots

Sliced Bell Pepper

Cucumber sticks

Roasted Shishito Peppers

Avocado

Sliced Radish

Jalapeño slices

Pickled Onions

Diced Green onions

Kimchi

Sesame seeds

Cilantro

Organic Edmame

Seaweed flakes

 

Dressings or Sauces:

Siracha Mayo

Yuzu

Ginger Lime Tahini Dressing

Sesame Dressing

Fresh lime juice

Directions:

Layer starting with your base first in the bottom of your bowl. Add your protein and toppings. Dress with your favorite sauce or dressing and enjoy!
