Easy Collard Green Wraps

1 Bundle of Collard greens, de-stemmed

1 pot Boiling water

1 Large bowl of Ice water

Directions:

Rinse and de-stem the collards, set aside. Over high heat, bring the pot of water to a boil and in a separate bowl make an ice bath.

Using tongs, lay collard leaves, one at a time, into the boiling water for about 10-15 seconds, flipping and blanching the other side for 10-15 second.

Immediately remove and place into ice bath to stop the cooking process. Drain and dry with clean towels. Can be stored in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Wrap your favorite ingredient inside and enjoy!
