Epic Paleo Poke Bowls

Protein rich, nutrient dense, and full of umami flavor, these Paleo poke bowls have everything you want and nothing artificial! Marinating the tender Ahi tuna overnight promises that each bite is an explosion of flavor when combined with all the fresh veggies and Paleo Sriracha Mayo!!

Epic Paleo Poke Bowls

Marinade:

15-18oz Sushi grade Ahi tuna, 1” cubes

1/2 cup Coconut aminos

1 Tbsp Fish sauce

2 tsp Sesame oil

1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated

1/2 tsp garlic, grated

1 tsp Fresh Lime juice

1/8 tsp Black pepper

1/4 tsp Gochugaru (opt)

2 Green onions, diced

Directions:

Combine all marinade ingredients in a medium bowl and set aside. Cube fish and marinate for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving.
