Fresh Cherry Chia Jam

1 minute read

This 3-ingredient whole food cherry chia jam is just in time for the start of summer and it is soooo good with almond butter over a rice cake or topped over a bowl of coconut ice cream!

Fresh Cherry Chia Jam

2 cups Fresh Cherries, pitted

2 Medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup Warm water

1 Tbsp Chia seeds

Directions:

Soak dates in water for 10-minutes then drain water. While dates are soaking, remove all the pits from the cherries and place in a food processor with the soaked dates, and chia seeds.

Process until smooth then pour into a jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least an hour before enjoying!
