Grilled Pork Chops with Apricot Bourbon Glaze

Easy and beautiful glazed chops that will impress your dinner guests!

Apricot Bourbon Glaze

1/2 cup No Sugar Apricot preserves

1/4 cup Pure Maple syrup

1.5 Tbsp Bourbon*

1 Clove Garlic, finely minced

Pinch of Sea salt and Black pepper

*omit for Paleo/Whole30 sub in 1 Tbsp ACV

Directions:

In a small skillet over low/med heat, add all ingredients and stir. Bring to a low simmer, cook for about 5-minutes on low to marry all the flavors.

Glaze everything from chicken to pork chops!
