Homemade Tartar Sauce
I love sauces, but the ones in the stores are often full of ingredients I can’t pronounce or know to be inflammatory. Next time you are wanting a tartar sauce, I promise, this delicious simple sauce comes together quickly, and pairs perfectly with Paleo Fish and Chips, and is so much better than store bought!!

Homemade Tartar Sauce
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Dill pickles, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Capers, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Fresh Dill or 1 tsp dried dill
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Garlic, finely minced or 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion, grated or 1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Sea salt
Pinch of Black pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and enjoy with Paleo Fish and Chips or your favorite seafood dish!
