Milk Chocolate Avocado Mousse
My coconut milk chocolate mousse is beyond decadent, rich and oh-so creamy! It’s Paleo friendly and so delicious you won’t believe it’s dairy-free!

Milk Chocolate Avocado Mousse
3 Ripe Large Avocados
3/4 cup Coconut Cream (not the water)
3/4 cup Pure Maple syrup
3/4 cup Raw Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, you may need to stop and scrape the sides a few times.
Place into single serving bowls, refrigerate and try to wait at least 4-6 hours for it to cool down. Top with coconut whipped cream and cacao nibs! Enjoy!
