Paleo BBQ Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

1 minute read

Looking for a simple and amazing dinner idea for a busy weeknight or even this weekend? With only 4 simple ingredients this pork tenderloin comes together in a flash and is so juicy and tender!

Paleo BBQ Bacon Tenderloin

2 1-lb Pork tenderloins, trimmed

6-8 Thick sliced, uncured, no sugar bacon

1 tsp Sea Salt

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

No Sugar BBQ sauce (opt)

Directions:

Preheat grill to 400 and set oven safe skillet (I love cast iron) on to preheat.

Prep tenderloins by carefully removing the sliverskin with a knife. Salt and pepper all sides and wrap with bacon **I used toothpicks to hold the bacon in place**

Grill tenderloin 7-mins per side on all 4 sides. During the last 3-mins, top with with bbq sauce.

Remove from heat and rest 5-minutes. Slice into medallions and serve with your favorite sides like my Tangy Cilantro Lime Cole Slaw!
