Paleo Fish and Chips
Two things that go hand in hand: almond milk and cookies, and fish and chips! If you’re craving a crispy, light and flakey fish with some sweet potato chips, then look no further!! This easy pan fried Paleo version is super simple and super delicious! Don’t forget the tartar sauce and a cucumber dill salad!

This easy pan fried Paleo version is super simple and super delicious! Don’t forget the tartar sauce and a cucumber dill salad!
Paleo Fish and Chips
1-1.5 lb Walleye or Tilapia filets
1-2 Eggs
1 cup Almond flour
2 tsp Sea salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper
2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic power
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2c Avocado oil
Directions:
Crack and scramble the eggs in a plate or pie dish to dip fish. In a bowl combine almond flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika, stir and pour onto a large plate or pie dish. Dip fish into egg, let excess drip off and then place into flour mixture coating both sides shaking off excess flour mixture before frying.
Heat avocado oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fish for 3-5 minutes per side depending on thickness. Add more oil as necessary to fry all the fish.
Serve with Sweet Potato Fries and Homemade Tartar Sauce!
