Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms

1 minute read

Savory, buttery, sautéed garlic mushrooms are the perfect enhancement over a grilled chicken breast or a Perfect Filet. They are so simple and delicious you’ll think you’re eating at a high end restaurant!

Sautéed Garlic Mushrooms

2 Tbsp Ghee

16 oz Cremini or Button mushrooms, sliced

4-5 Cloves Garlic, minced

1 tsp Sea salt

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/8 tsp Crushed red pepper (opt)

2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, finely minced

Directions:

Heat skillet over medium heat, melt ghee. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.

Sauté until mushrooms have soften, about 5-7 minutes, add garlic and cook for about 30-60 seconds. Add parsley and serve immediately!
