This simple, tangy, tasty vinaigrette is my go-to dressing and marinade! You’ll love how quickly it comes together and how it compliments all your salads.
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar or your favorite wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Shallot, finely chopped
2 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup (opt)
1/4 cup EVOO
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
In a jar with a lid, add all ingredients and shake well. Enjoy on salads or as a marinade. Will keep in the refrigerator up to 2-weeks.
