Simple Smoked Salmon Salad

Smoked salmon is a beautiful source of protein and Omega-3’s, not to mention absolutely delicious when paired with a fresh and colorful salad. Add in these Oven Roasted Beets!

Simple Smoked Salmon Salad

4 cups mixed greens/baby spinach

4 slices Smoked salmon

1/2 Avocado, sliced

1 Radish, sliced

Red Onion slices

1/2 c Roasted Beets

1-2 Tbsp Shallot Vinaigrette

S&P

Directions:

On a plate layer greens mix on the bottom. Top salad with remaining ingredient and pour over vinaigrette. Season with S&P as needed.
