Summer Veggie Shrimp and Sausage Skillet
This summer veggie shrimp and sausage skillet is a one pan meal that comes together in about 30 minutes. All the fresh summer veggies perfectly compliment the tender shrimp and savory sausage. This is sure to become a fast favorite!

Summer Veggie Shrimp and Sausage
12-16oz Peeled and Deveined Shrimp
1 lb No Sugar Kielbasa
1 Zucchini, 1” dice
1 Summer squash, 1”dice
1 Onion, 1/4” half moon slices
2 Red bell pepper, julienned
1 Bunch Asparagus, 2” rods
2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
2 tsp + 1 tsp No Sugar Blackened seasoning
Sea salt to taste
How to Make Summer Veggie Shrimp and Sausage
Pat shrimp dry and toss with 1 tsp of blackened seasoning, set aside. Slice kielbasa at an angle in 1/4” pieces. In a large skillet brown the sausage over medium heat, remove and drain fat. Reserve 1 Tbsp fat in pan and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, remove.
Add onion to pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened, add remainder of veggies and 2 tsp blackened seasoning, cooking another 10-12 minutes until veggies have softened.
Stir in garlic, shrimp and sausage, tossing to evenly combine. Serve immediately with your favorite summer sides!
