Ultimate Bacon Fried Rice
This dish takes less than 30-minutes and is So good you’ll never get take out again!

The Ultimate Bacon Fried Rice
2 cup Uncooked Sticky Rice
2 Eggs, scrambled
12oz No Sugar Bacon, diced and pan fried
1/2 cup Green Onion, diced and separate whites from green tops
1 cup Bell Pepper, diced
1-2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Sesame seed oil
1.5 Tbsp Coconut aminos + 3/4 Tbsp Fish sauce OR 2 Tbsp GF Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
Sea salt to taste
Directions:
Cook rice per package instructions.
In a large skillet fry bacon over medium heat, remove and set on a paper towel lined plate. Remove excess bacon fat (reserve 1 Tbsp in a separate bowl) and reserve 1 tsp fat in the pan, scramble the eggs over medium heat and set aside.
Add 1 Tbsp bacon fat to pan over medium heat, sauté bell peppers and whites of the green onions for about 3-minutes until softened.
Add garlic and green tops of onion, cook for 30 seconds. Add in bacon, rice, eggs, sesame seed oil and gluten-free soy sauce OR coconut aminos and fish sauce. Stir fry for about 60-seconds on medium-high heat, stirring constantly to combine. Sea salt to taste.
Serve immediately with Quick Korean Cucumber Kimchi!
